What if my flight is delayed?
We track every flight, so your pickup moves with your actual landing time. There's no extra charge for flight delays.
Where will my chauffeur meet me?
For meet & greet, your chauffeur waits inside the terminal at baggage claim with a sign showing your name. For curbside pickups, we text you the car's location.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes. Rear-facing, forward-facing and booster seats are available on request. Add your children's ages when you book.
Is gratuity included?
Your quote shows the base rate, tolls, parking and gratuity separately, so you see the full total before you confirm.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 24 hours ahead is best, and earlier for weddings and holidays. Same-day rides are often available, so call to check.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge more than 24 hours before pickup. Group and event bookings may have different terms.
